One of the perks says to get 15 badges in one run, i have completed this multiple times and still the perk will not unlock which is also keeping me from getting the all perks trophy. Anyone else?

Yup--this is happening to a lot of people. Grip Games (the guys who I partnered with to do the console version) are aware of the bug and are working on a patch now to fix the issue.
